Data provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. Failure to provide data marked as mandatory or labeled as “required” will result in the form not being submitted and the inability to receive communications via the mailing list service.

Recipients
The data undergoing processing may be communicated to companies contractually linked to VIN.CO, abroad and/or within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of Article 42 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 in order to comply with the same contracts or related purposes. Personal data may also be transferred abroad, to countries outside the EU and, in particular, to Switzerland: a country considered safe by European Guarantors, within the scope and limits provided for in Articles 43 and 44 lett. b) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Personal data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

  • entities providing services for the management of the information system used by VIN.CO and telecommunications networks; freelancers, professional firms, or companies operating within the scope of assistance and consultancy relationships;
  • entities providing services for the management of the above-mentioned activities (e.g., communication subjects, brochure printing, flyers, websites, videos); managers of platforms for the services listed above (hosting of websites, YouTube); Commercial Partners, only with prior consent; competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request; to other consortium members.

Entities belonging to the aforementioned categories may act as Data Processors, or operate autonomously, as distinct Data Controllers. If, at the time of online registration, you have consented to the dissemination of your data by publication on VIN.CO’s institutional website, your data may be disseminated. Any further communication or dissemination will only take place with your explicit consent.

Rights of the data subject and Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

You may exercise your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, by sending an email to info@vincoabruzzo.it. You may also, at any time, request the Data Controller to access your personal data, rectify, delete them or restrict their processing. You will have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g., profiling), as well as to the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates what is provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679, pursuant to Article 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to Article 6 paragraph 1, letter a) (consent) and Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) (consent for specific purposes for particular data), you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. In the event of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you, in a commonly used and machine-readable format, from an automatic device, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The data controller reserves the right to change, update, add, or remove parts of this privacy notice at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the notice will indicate the date of the update.
