Let’s explore the winery starting from the outside:
a modern construction that combines innovation and experience. Its structure reflects the typical features of Abruzzese rural architecture: buildings with simple lines, characterized by the traditional “gable roof” and a multi-level layout that allowed for views of the countryside.
The winery is modern and welcoming. It features a large area with stainless steel tanks where the sparkling wine bases, sourced from various territories, are stored at a controlled temperature before becoming Trabocco sparkling wines.
The “heart” of the winery lies in the autoclaves, where the production of Italian-method sparkling wines takes place, bringing Trabocco bubbles to life before they are bottled.
Production Line
It is the first in Abruzzo to allow isobaric bottling, which is typically carried out at a temperature below 0°C, with a production capacity of 2,500 bottles per hour and the ability to process a wide range of bottle sizes (0.187L, 0.75L, 1.5L). The estimated annual potential capacity is approximately 4,000,000 bottles of 0.75L.
